Users do not adopt AI because it is impressive. They adopt it when it is predictable, reversible and honest about uncertainty.

In production we treat models as components with guardrails: retrieval limits, tool permissions, human review on high-risk actions, and a fallback that still completes the job when the model fails.

The UX matters as much as the model. Show sources. Make edits easy. Never hide that a suggestion is a suggestion. Trust is a product feature, not a launch-week promise.
